Vibrant and unusual Barnraising Log Cabin quilt set on square. Orange blocks set on point add a totally additional dimension as they are the only pieces of their color and shape. Diagonal quilting lines in the border continue the look of the rectangular rectangular strips. Excellent condition. Measures 86" x 88" circa 1880. Pennsylvania origin. Blue is a bit more teal color than shows on my monitor.
